Sent contacts and affiliate commissions

You then have a summary of the number of contacts who came to the site through you and a summary of the referral fees you received as a result. A graphical representation in the form of a curve shows the variations in the affiliate program which makes the data extremely easy to visualize.

You have a summary of the activity on your day, the last seven days or the last 30 days at commission level. In the contacts menu you will be able to manage the people who are registered on your e-mail lists. Thus, by clicking on this button, you can create filters that will allow you to select only a part of your list. For this you have different criteria to choose from:

  • Postal code.
  • City or town.

To add contacts to your email list, you have two options:

  • Add a contact manually.
  • Import a list of contacts.

Since the appearance of the RGPD (European Data Protection Regulation), you are under the obligation to have the authorization of the contact to be able to send him/her e-mails. However, if you are in BtoB (business to business) you are not obliged to do so provided that your activity is related to the activity of the contact you want to add. If you do not comply with the law, your account will be closed.

To add a contact manually, fill in information such as :

  • he email address.
  • the VAT number.
  • The zip code.
  • The address.
  • The language.
  • The first name.
  • The name of the company.
  • The city.
  • Country.
  • Last name.

Of course, the only mandatory information is the email address, then if you don’t have the other information, you can still add the contact to your email list.

You can add a custom field or a tag when you register your new contact.

Import contacts

If you were registered on another auto-responder, you can import your entire contact list or specify a tag that allows you to import only part of your list.

The import is done using a CSV file that you can create directly on the autoresponder to which you are subscribed. By default, the list delimiter is represented by a comma.

It is also possible to directly add your new contacts to an ongoing e-mail campaign.

The tags

Still in the contact menu, you can access the management of your tags. This is where you will be able to create the tags you need to manage your contacts. To make it simple, a tag is a label that you will stick on your contact to identify an action he has done. For example, you will be able to avoid offering the same product twice if he has already bought it, identify the clicks of his emails, etc… You can create your own organization to manage your contacts.

To create a new tag, simply enter the name of your tag. You can then use it during your e-mail campaigns for example.

Build an audience

To build an audience, you have a pre-defined sequence which is composed of 2 pages.

The sales funnels is composed here of two pages, which corresponds to a minimalist sales funnel for which you can add pages to sell complementary products for example. Thus, it is composed of :

If you want to start from scratch and let your talent take over, you can build your sales funnel yourself from scratch. Choose your pages and build your funnel with a simple drag and drop. This way you can chain the pages together to create a sequence that will fit your needs and goals.

Three pages make up this sales funnel that offers to assist in the replay of your webinar:

When you have a product and you want to allow other people to bring you customers, the affiliate program allows you to pay a commission on the sales brought to your referrer or affiliate.
